2 Injured In Head-On Crash In Western Wis.

ELLSWORTH, Wis. (WCCO) -- Two people were taken to the hospital after a head-on collision in western Wisconsin on Sunday.

According to the Pierce County Sheriff's Department, the crash happened on 420th Street west of County Road A in the Township of Maiden Rock.

A 2005 Dodge Neon was heading west on the street when it crossed over the center line into oncoming traffic. The driver of that vehicle was 33-year-old Robert Parris.

The car crashed into another Dodge Neon being driven by 20-year-old Teha Anderson.

Parris was taken to Regions Hospital with undetermined injuries. Authorities said Anderson was taken to Red Wing Hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.
