Esko Man, 76, Killed In Tractor Accident

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 76-year-old man from Esko is dead after falling off a tractor Wednesday night, according to the Carlton County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities were called to a residence on Hillside Road in Esko at about 7:46 p.m. Wednesday on a report that a man had fallen off a tractor and needed medical assistance. When authorities arrived, they immediately tended to the victim and transported him to St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.

The man later died as a result of injuries from the accident. He was identified as Willard Quiram, but an exact cause of death has not been released.
