Police: Man Shot At Brooklyn Center Denny's

BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. (WCCO) -- Brooklyn Center police are investigating after a man was shot early Saturday morning at the Denny's on James Circle.

According to authorities, it took place at 2:30 a.m. and the man was shot in his lower body. He was taken to the hospital for treatment and is expected to be OK.

The restaurant was placed on lock-down, but the shooter did get away.
