4 Arrested After Carjacking In St. Paul
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Four people are in custody after a carjacking.
It started on the east side of St. Paul at 4th and Germaine just before 1:20 a.m.
Police spotted the car about 15 minutes later.
There was a short pursuit and a crash in the Frogtown neighborhood, around Central and Fisk.
No one was hurt.
Police say the suspects and the victim had all been together at a house party.
The victim says he was robbed at gunpoint and forced out of his car by three suspects with guns.
Police did not find the guns.
