Curiocity: Mike's Mix — The Siberian Sunrise

Every Friday, Mike Augustyniak will be picking up a new cocktail recipe from a local mixologist. Throughout October, he's getting his inspirations from Dustin House. This week's selection: The Siberian Sunrise.

Ingredients
1.5oz of Orange vodka (preferably infused)
0.5oz of Cointreau
0.25oz of fresh lime juice
0.25oz of fresh blood orange juice
Splash of cranberry juice
Garnish: 1 Orange Slice

Directions
Shake well all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Taste Test
This drink reminded me of a cosmopolitan, with a fruity taste, but with a little more of a citrusy bite to it. It would be perfect to make on one of those final warm days in the fall.
