ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Kids across Minnesota can see what hockey is all about at Try Hockey For Free Day on Saturday.
Seventy-three events are scheduled at rinks around the state. The events are aimed at welcoming boys and girls, ages 4 to 9, to come to a local rink and try youth hockey free of charge.READ MORE: Twins, Lynx, And Gophers Take Home Weekend Wins

Equipment will be provided and no experience is required.
