At Least 5 Vikings Ruled Out For Game Against Redskins

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) — Right tackle Phil Loadholt and cornerback Chris Cook are among seven players unlikely to play for the Minnesota Vikings against the Washington Redskins on Thursday night.

The Vikings issued their injury report Wednesday. Loadholt is out with a concussion and Cook is out with a hip injury. They lost tight end Kyle Rudolph for the next four to six weeks with a broken left foot while safety Jamarca Sanford (groin), defensive tackle Fred Evans (knee) and fullback Matt Asiata have also been ruled out. Asiata is grieving the sudden loss of his father.

Defensive tackle Letroy Guion (chest, knee) and guard Charlie Johnson (elbow) are listed as doubtful.

J'Marcus Webb will get the start for Loadholt and either Joe Berger or Jeff Baca is likely to start for Johnson.
