Dayton Announces 2 Appeals Court Vacancies

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Gov. Mark Dayton says he's seeking applications for two upcoming at-large vacancies on the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Appeals Court Judges Thomas Kalitowski and Terri Stoneburner are retiring, effective April 1.

A news release from Dayton's office says the application process for those who wish to fill the vacancies is now open. The Commission on Judicial Selection will review applications and offer recommendations to the governor.

The deadline for applications is Jan. 13.
