Sobiech died from a rare form of cancer in May.
“Clouds” has gotten more than nine million hits on YouTube and reached the No. 1 spot on the iTunes singles chart.
Proceeds from its download on iTunes are going to the University’s Cancer Research fund. In September, Sobiech’s family gave the University of Minnesota a check for $568,000 on behalf of their son.
