EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (AP) — An Eau Claire tattoo shop owner is charged with a felony for allegedly secretly video recording a sexual encounter with a client.

A 29-year-old woman told police she engaged in consensual sex with Rogers at least six times during a two-month process last spring of getting a large back tattoo. Their relationship ended afterward.READ MORE: Minnesota Weather: Saturday Is A #Top10WxDay, Rain Likely For Father's Day
The complaint says Rogers’ former girlfriend later contacted the woman and told her a video of them was on Rogers’ laptop.
