Eagan Outlet Center Nearly Fully Committed With Tenants

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Eagan Outlet Center is nearly complete -- with tenants, that is. Paragon Outlet Partners, the retail real estate development firm working on the project, announced Thursday that tenant space is now 90 percent complete.

The new stores committed to the outlet center include Reebok, Old Navy, True Religion, Lucy, Talbots, Gymboree and Movado. Those stores join the already committed tenants of Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Coach Factory Store, Michael Kors, Cole Haan, Banana Republic Factory Store, Gap Factory Store, J. Crew, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, adidas and Nike Factory Store, among many more.

The 409,000-square-foot outlet center is currently under construction in Eagan. The construction began in June 2013.

The project brought approximately 400 construction jobs along with upwards of 2,000 permanent jobs to the area, when it celebrates its grand opening this summer.
