Twins '87 World Series Ring For Sale At Pawn Shop

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minnesotans looking for a piece of Minnesota Twins history may want to dig deep and head over to Pawn America, because a 1987 World Series ring is up for sale.

The size nine-and-a-half ring boasts 15 diamonds and one ounce of yellow gold.

Pawn America Regional Manager Karl Hattman confirmed the ring is 100 percent authentic, but refuses to say who the original owner was.

The ring will officially go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday at Pawn America's St. Paul location on the east side.

The asking price won't be available until then, but if you're trying to quickly organize your finances, Pawn America sold a Green Bay Packers Super Bowl ring last year for $10,000.
