1 Dead, 1 Hurt In Sibley County Head-On Crash
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – One person was killed and another injured after a head-on crash involving two vehicles Monday morning in western Minnesota, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Authorities responded to the crash at about 6:08 a.m. Monday on Highway 15 one mile south of the town of Winthrop, which is near Hutchinson. Few details about the crash are available, but the State Patrol said the Minnesota Department of Transportation and Sibley County Sheriff's Office are assisting at the scene.
At least one person was killed, and a temporary detour in the area has been set up to reroute traffic. We'll have more details on the crash as they become available.
