Survey: Minnesota Would Fall To Zombie Invasion

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Bad news, Minnesotans. When the zombie invasion reaches our borders, our state is predicted to fall to the undead throngs.

Though it may seem unthinkable given how much practice the state has had over the last half-dozen years of Zombie Pub Crawls, real estate search website Estately says our state isn't expected to last if zombies take over the nation.

They used 11 measures to determine which states would survive and which ones would become zombie-infested. The qualifications included things like active military personnel, the number of gun owners, and obesity levels.

Minnesota landed 38th on the list, and Estately renamed us "Zombie-Sota."

Interestingly enough, all of our neighboring states survived, with Wisconsin faring the best at #10. Alaska ranked first and New Jersey was, ahem, dead last.

So maybe the Zombie Pub Crawl isn't just a dry run after all. Maybe the zombie army is already here.
