Good news for those craving a taste of the Bayou. The man who brought us delicious Cajun cuisine from a bright green food truck is expanding his efforts and opening a brick-and-mortar in the north metro.

Glover, a former aircraft mechanic for the military, was raised in the south and has always had a passion for cooking up classic New Orleans dishes. He utilized his mechanic skills to convert a family RV into a complete kitchen on wheels, bringing flavorful Jambalaya, crawfish étouffée and po’boys to hungry lunchgoers across the Twin Cities.
Bistro La Roux will have the same great food, both for dine-in and carry-out, plus local craft beer, wine and jazz music.READ MORE: Fourth Stimulus Check: Will You See Another Relief Payment Soon?
