Kandiyohi Co. Man Killed In ATV Accident

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 76-year-old Lake Lillian man is dead after the ATV he was driving flipped on top of him Tuesday night, according to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's office.

The accident happened just after 8 p.m. on the 12000 block of Big Kandi Drive.

A witness said Cyrus Flann was moving sand with an ATV along the shoreline of Lake Lillian when the vehicle rolled, pinning him.

Resuscitation attempts failed, and Flann was pronounced dead at the scene.
