Minnesota Celebrates Arbor Month
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Minnesota Arbor Month celebration took place at Oak Hill Park in St. Louis Park, Minn. Saturday afternoon.
In an effort to get kids outdoors and interacting with nature, the Minnesota DNR encouraged kids to climb trees with a tree climbing championship.
The best climbers in the state came out to compete.
There were also activities like ziplining, exhibits and presentations.
