Man, 75, Arrested In Canterbury Park Cheating Scheme
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - One of four men suspected in a cheating scheme at Canterbury Park last summer is under arrest.
Duane Racle, 75, of Lake City, Fla., is being held in the Scott County jail.
According to the criminal complaint, one man would distract the dealer, while two others would palm cards and swap them under the table.
A fourth man stood behind them to block the view from overhead surveillance cameras.
All four men have previous convictions for cheating while gambling.
