MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The Minnesota men’s basketball team will return to Madison Square Garden in November.

The schedule for the NIT Season Tip-Off tournament was finalized Friday, and the Gophers were assigned to a semifinal matchup against St. John’s in New York on Nov. 26, the day before Thanksgiving. The winner of that game will meet the winner of the Gonzaga-Georgia game on Nov. 28, with the losers also facing off that afternoon.

Officially as part of the event, the Gophers will also play two preliminary games at home. They’ll host Western Kentucky on Nov. 18 and Franklin Pierce on Nov. 20. Franklin Pierce is an NCAA Division II school.

Minnesota won the NIT postseason tournament in April.
