October's Veteran Of The Month: Benjamin Gibbs

Benjamin Gibbs was 20 years old when he went into the Army-National Guard.

He was stationed in Iraq and Kuwait at Camp Virginia and served in Operation New Dawn. Gibbs was awarded the Army Commendation Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal and Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.

Gibbs grew up in Brooklyn Park, Minn. He's 25, single and now resides in Minneapolis, where he works as a licensed account representative for Allstate Insurance.
