MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – It’s Thursday, and that means the WCCO Morning Show team is looking at fun things to do this weekend. There’s a little of everything for you this week, from Disney fun to zombie-themed bar hopping. Here are a few ideas worth thinking about.

St. Paul Art Crawl
In its 23rd year, the St. Paul Art Crawl features 21 buildings, 300 artists and fun o’plenty.  Now with the green line, it’s even easier to get there. Check it out Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Minneapolis Zombie Pub Crawl
Grab a makeup artist, some apocalyptic clothing, act like you’re dead and you’re ready to go. Over the last few years, this event has really picked up buzz and steam — and zombies. While it’s primarily a bar-hopping event, there is some live music as well. The event is being held Saturday, from 5 p.m. til 2 a.m., or whenever zombies decide to go to bed.

Stillwater Harvest Fest
Pumpkin weigh-offs, a chili cook-off, a micro-brew tasting, live music, kids costumes, face-painting and, of course, the pie-eating contest. The fest runs Saturday and Sunday, starting at 10 a.m. on Water Street.

Twin Cities Book Festival
Calling all book lovers, the Twin Cities book festival might be your ticket this weekend. There will be readings and appearances from a variety of authors this Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the state fairgrounds.

Disney Live: Mickey’s Music Festival
Add your favorite Disney characters, some great music, water and stir. This Sunday at the Target Center. Go to TicketMaster for tickets, or the Target Center box office.
