Cold Weather Rule Goes Into Effect
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Fall is treating us pretty well so far, but with cold weather coming, the cold weather rule went into effect Wednesday in Minnesota.
Under the rule, customers who are having trouble paying their heating bill won't have service disconnected until April 15.
Eligible customers must commit to a monthly payment not to exceed 10 percent of their household income.
