2 Killed In Kandiyohi Co. Rollover ID'd

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office and the Minnesota State Patrol are investigating after a single-vehicle crash killed two people Sunday evening.

According to the sheriff's office, deputies responded on Dec. 28 at 10:54 p.m. to the rollover crash on 240th Avenue Northeast just west of the Tri-county road in Roseville Township.

The sheriff's office says the driver was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead after being taken to Paynesville hospital. A passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another passenger was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

On Monday afternoon, the driver was identified as 20-year-old Zachary John Pistulka of rural Atwater. The deceased passenger was identified as 20-year-old Emily Kathryn Fuglie of rural Sunburg.
