2015's Klondike Kate Crowned
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The St. Paul Winter Carnival starts two weeks from Thursday and we now know who will be the new "Mistress of Fun."
Shelley Brown from Inver Grove Heights was crowned "Klondike Kate" for this year's St. Paul Winter Carnival.
Five ladies competed at the Prom Center in Oakdale last night. Judges rated their singing, crowd appeal, and how much they embodied the real-life dance hall girl's character.
