Police: Man Exposes Himself In Walmart Parking Lot
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police in Eagan report that a man flashed a woman in the parking lot outside of a Walmart store.
According to the police report, the incident happened Thursday afternoon.
An officer reported that the man, who was not identified, was sitting in the parking lot inside of a sedan vehicle.
A woman said that the man got her attention using his phone flashlight.
When the woman looked over, he started masturbating before leaving the scene.
Police did not say whether they believed the man had exposed himself to anyone else.
