ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) – A jury will continue deliberations Thursday on whether Toyota is at fault for a car crash that killed three people.

The case centers around Koua Fong Lee, who crashed his Camry into the Trice-Adams family in St. Paul in 2006, killing a father and son. Another passenger, the family’s niece, died months later from her injuries.

Both families filed the civil suit against Toyota, saying the car was defective, but the company says Lee was at fault for the crash.

The case went to the jury Wednesday afternoon, but they couldn’t reach a verdict before the end of the day.
