MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Downtown Minneapolis could soon have a new 18-story apartment complex right by WCCO-TV studios.
According to the Twin Cities Business Journal, a plan has been submitted for the nearly 300-unit complex at the intersection of South 10th Street and Marquette Avenue.
