Don Lucia Ties 'U' Record For Overall Wins
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Gophers hockey coach Don Lucia just earned his 390th career victory with the University of Minnesota.
That ties him with Doug Woog for the most wins in Gophers coaching history.
The Gophers rallied from a three-goal deficit Thursday night to beat Michigan State 5-3 at Mariucci Arena.
With that win, the Gophers remain in first place of the Big 10 division.
The teams meet again Friday at 8 p.m.
