MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Law enforcement officers have resumed their search for a University of Minnesota student believed to have drowned in the Mississippi River.
Minneapolis police say Jennifer Houle was seen on city-owned surveillance video entering the river from the 10th Avenue bridge early Friday morning. Hennepin County sheriff’s spokeswoman Rebecca Gilbuena says the department’s water patrol resumed its recovery effort Tuesday morning.
