State Patrol, Blaine Police Car Involved In Crash On I-35W
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A State Patrol officer and a Blaine Police officer are OK after being involved in a crash Sunday.
According to the accident report, around 1:50 a.m. the State Patrol squad car and the Blaine Police squad car sideswiped each other while in pursuit on Interstate 35W at 95th Avenue NE.
Officers Andrew Gibbs, of Golden Valley, and Zachary Johnson, of Lino Lakes, suffered no injuries.
Both Gibbs and Johnson were assisting other officers with a traffic pursuit.
