Minnesota Named No. 2 Best State For Working Mothers

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- While mothers may have had to share their weekend with the fishing opener, they're near the top when it comes to work!

A new analysis ranks Minnesota as the second best state in the nation for working mothers.

The finance website, WalletHub, looked at a variety of factors that impact working women, including child care costs, gender pay equality and unemployment.

Vermont came in first and our neighbors to the east, Wisconsin, came in third.
