Tennis Coach Is Game To Set Consecutive Match Record

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - The coach of the Faribault girls high school tennis team is trying to break a Guinness World Record.

Darren Iverson braved the rain in an attempt to set the record for consecutive singles tennis matches.

The current record is 33 games. He's aiming to play 40 matches. If he succeeds, he'll finish around 10 p.m. Saturday.

He said that harder than playing the matches, was finding opponents.
