2 Men Charged After Teenage Girl Injured In Loon Lake Jet Ski Accident
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 16-year old Mankato girl is being treated for severe injuries after the inner tube she was riding on slammed into a dock.
Witnesses say 23-year-old Lance Jones (pictured) was using a jet ski to pull the girl and another woman.
Officials say Jones and another man left the scene after the accident on Loon Lake last Friday.
Police found the girl lying face down at the boat landing with blood all around her.
She was airlifted to St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. Police later found the men, who are now facing charges in Blue Earth County.
