Kylie's Kids: Sana Has Big Plans Despite Blood Disorder

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Some children who spend their whole lives making trips to the hospital have found a way to make it fun.

That's exactly why Sana brings along little sister Kaylani every month. Sana has been dealing with a blood disorder since she was 6 months old, but this week's Kylie's Kid has some really big plans for the future.

Spend just a few minutes with these sisters, and you'll be laughing, too.

"She's a little bit weird, and she's kind of creepy," Sana said of her sister. "And she can make zombie noises."

Sana and Kaylani keep each other busy during all of Sana's hospital visits.

"I like to make animal noises," Kaylani said.

Even though Sana doesn't really need the distraction. She has no fear of needles, which will come in handy when she's a doctor one day.

Just like her doctor at Children's Hospitals and Clinics.

"He keeps me healthy," Sana said. "Because helping children is fun."

So this 7-year-old has a lot of math homework in her future, which is no problem at all.

But before becoming Dr. Sana, she's having a lot of fun as a big sister for now.

"She lied about something," Sana said. "She lied that she had a boyfriend. She just had a friend that's a boy."
