4 Things To Know: Gov. Walker's US-Canada Wall, Stadium Death Funeral & More

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- From a funeral for the worker tragically killed at U.S. Bank Stadium construction site to Gov. Scott Walker's thoughts on a U.S.-Canada wall, here are the four stories to know for Monday, Aug. 31.

Funeral For Worker Who Fell, Died

People will come together to remember a construction worker killed at the new Vikings stadium. There is a funeral in Faribault for Jeramie Gruber, who died last week.

On Saturday, there was a somber tribute to him during the Minnesota Vikings pre\season game.

Funeral services for Gruber will be at 10:30 o'clock Monday morning at First English Lutheran Church in Faribault. He'll be laid to rest at Maple Lawn Cemetery.

Walker's Wall

Wisconsin Governor and Republican Presidential Candidate Scott Walker says a wall along the Canadian border is worth reviewing.

The U.S.-Canada border is the longest international border in the world, at more than 5,500 miles long.

Republican candidates for president have often talked of ways to deter illegal immigration, but they usually focus on the border with Mexico.

Ruling Set For Tom Brady's Case Against NFL

A federal judge is set to rule on Tom Brady's case against the NFL.

Barring a last-minute settlement or delay by the court, Judge Richard Berman will either confirm or vacate the four-game suspension NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell upheld following Brady's arbitration.

That decision could come even as early as today, when all parties will be present in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Berman has said he will try to rule by September 4.

An appeal is expected regardless which side prevails.
