Missing Boater Found Dead In Lake County
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - A 75-year-old man was found dead Tuesday evening, a day after he went fishing in Lake County and never returned.
Rescue crews found the body of Michael Weinzierl, of Ely, near an abandoned boat on Mile Island at 4:36 p.m.
It appears Weinzierl drowned, the Lake County Sheriff's Office said.
