What constitutes happiness?

WalletHub said it took a number of factors into consideration. Top among them were emotional well-being, work environment, and community and recreational activities.

The number one state on the overall list was Utah, which was first in rankings on work environment and recreational activities.

Meanwhile, Minnesota took top honors in the emotional well-being category. It also came in third on recreational activities and seventh on work environment.
