It’s sure to be a game changer for shoppers in the West Metro. On Friday, Nordstrom opens at Ridgedale. The department store is opening with a beauty bash before doors open from 8 to 10 a.m. Get the scoop on new trends, free consultations, sips and snacks, and a special gift (for the first 1,000 customers).
To celebrate the opening of Nordstrom, Bar Louie at Ridgedale is offering free martinis and apps all weekend long. Starting Thursday and running through Sunday, get your freebies with no purchase necessary.

It’s the FINAL weekend for the Fall Parade of Homes and the ONLY weekend for the Remodelers Showcase. Sixty-three remodeled homes are open Friday from 1 to 7 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. All 390 new homes are still open from Thursday to Sunday noon to 6 p.m.
It’s also the final weekend of The Renaissance Festival! And it’s ending with a celebration of all things German. Celebrate Oktoberfest at the Ren Fest by strolling through German vendors, restaurants and more in the new Bavarian Village.
