MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Minneapolis Police Chief Janeé Harteau is in Washington, D.C. Wednesday as part of the launch of a new bipartisan group called Women’s Coalition for Common Sense.

The group was started by former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords. She survived after she was shot in the head at a campaign event in Arizona back in 2011.
