Reward Offered For Info On Suspect In Fatal Shooting Of St. Paul Man
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A reward is now being offered for information about the murder of a St. Paul father.
Htoo Baw, 54, was shot and robbed outside his home on East Orange Avenue earlier this month. He and his daughter had just come home from delivering meals to needy families.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward and is urging anyone with information to call. Callers can leave tips anonymously.
Baw had moved to Minnesota from Thailand. His family said times are tough and need help paying the funeral expenses.
