Good Grief, It's Charles Schulz Day!

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) –  St. Paul is celebrating the life of Charles Schulz Tuesday with The Peanuts Fall Festival in downtown.

The festival will celebrate the life of the comic strip creator as well as the upcoming release of "The Peanuts Movie."

At 5 p.m. Tuesday, St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman will proclaim this "Charles M. Schulz Day." His son, Craig Schultz will receive that proclamation.

Craig Schultz is the writer and producer of "The Peanuts Movie," which premieres next month.

Following the proclamation, there are a ton of family activities in Landmark Plaza in downtown St. Paul. That includes face-painting, photos with Snoopy, trick-or-treating, pumpkin decorating and more.
