Olympic Skier Lindsey Vonn Injures Hand While Trying To Break Up Dog Fight
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An Olympic skier with Minnesota ties is hospitalized again, but this time, Lindsey Vonn's injuries have nothing to do with skiing.
She posted a rather graphic video on social media Saturday night, showing what happened when she tried to break up a dog fight. She said her dogs were fighting over a frisbee, and she got in between them.
Despite the stitches in her thumb, she told the Associated Press she still expects to compete in a World Cup Slalom event in Colorado, right after Thanksgiving.
