Police Seek Help To Find Missing South St. Paul Man

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The South St. Paul Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a man who hasn't been heard from since last Thursday.

Andre Artzel Duncan, 35, was reported missing late last week after his family hadn't been in contact with him for several days. His family said it's unusual for Duncan to not be in daily contact with them, and they are concerned for is welfare.

Authorities say Duncan has a history of mental health issues, and his whereabouts are not known. He is described as about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.

Anyone with information on where he might be is asked to call the South St. Paul Police Department at (651) 554-3300.
