MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Minnesota Vikings say Sunday’s boarder battle against the Green Bay Packers at TCF Bank Stadium is one of the biggest games for counterfeit tickets.

The team says the only authorized outlets for tickets are the Vikings Ticket Office, Ticketmaster and NFL Ticket Exchange.

They say most fake tickets are e-tickets, which can be easily duplicated and counterfeited. And if you buy a fake ticket, you will not be allowed into the stadium.

Police say if you are going to buy a ticket from a scalper or someone outside the stadium, ask if you could take a picture of him or her with their valid ID before the transaction.
