Clinton To Talk About Domestic Terrorism During MN Visit
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign says she will detail her strategy for protecting the U.S. from terrorist attacks during a speech next week in Minnesota.
A statement from the campaign says that during a speech Tuesday, Clinton will talk about the threat of domestic radicalization and lay out a plan that "stays true to America's most deeply held values," including religious freedom.
Clinton appeared at the Council on Foreign Relations following the Paris attacks last month and talked about a plan for defeating the Islamic State and other terrorist groups.
She plans to more specifically address the threat of "foreign-inspired" terrorist attacks inside the U.S. during the Minnesota appearance. A specific location has not been released.
