Child Hospitalized After Being Hit By Car In Inver Grove Heights
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A child was hospitalized on Christmas night after being hit by a car in Inver Grove Heights.
Police say a 32-year-old man from South St. Paul struck an 8-year-old boy who was trying to cross Concord Boulevard at about 8:18 p.m. Friday night.
The driver did stop and try to help the boy, and was cooperative with authorities.
The boy's condition has not been released.
The Minnesota State Patrol is assisting Inver Grove Heights Police with the investigation.
