Mpls. Company Nordic Ware Celebrates 70 Years

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Minneapolis company Nordic Ware is celebrating a big anniversary.

The Minnesota-based bakeware company has been in business for 70 years. It's most notable creation, the Bundt Cake Pan. It was on display Monday night at a celebratory part at the Marriott Mall of America.

Governor Mark Dayton declared Tuesday 'Nordic Ware Day' in Minnesota.

The company was founded in 1946 by Dave and Dotty Dalquist in their Minneapolis home.
