2016's Klondike Kate Is Crowned
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- "The Coolest Celebration on Earth" crowned a woman with charm, beauty -- and a man who's done her wrong.
Five lucky ladies competed for the title of "Klondike Kate" at the Prom Center in Oakdale Wednesday night.
Theresa McOnnon from St. Paul won the coveted role.
She will serve as the St. Paul Winter Carnival's official mistress of fun.
This year's celebration starts two weeks from Thursday.
