Man, 35, Dies After Workplace Incident In Lakeville
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Officials say a 35-year-old Inver Grove Heights man died this week after a workplace incident in Lakeville.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office said Christopher John Cahoon suffered thermal injuries Thursday morning while working in the 19000 block of Impala Avenue in Lakeville. Cahoon was checking heaters in the basement of the home at the time of the fire.
He died hours later at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.
The medical examiner's office did not detail how Cahoon was injured.
Lakeville police and fire officials are investigating the death.
