Target To Start Offering 'Caroline's Cart' Nationwide
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Target is rolling out a cart designed for children with special needs at its stores nationwide.
A majority of Target stores will have what is called "Caroline's Cart" starting March 19.
It allows parents and caregivers to maneuver one device, instead of two, like a cart and wheelchair.
Caroline's Carts first debuted at Target stores in the Twin Cities, along with some Cub Foods stores last year.
